Absolutely! You can choose size, design, and color according to what you need. We will create a digital example and won’t send it for production until you approve.

How long will it take to get my rug?

Due to the authenticity and quality of the rug, they will take anywhere from 8-12 weeks.

Do y’all accept returns?

Accepted Answer

We offer refunds in the form of store credit on items returned within 5 days of receipt of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. The product should be professionally packaged by FedEx or UPS and should be in the original, unused condition upon arrival. We do not offer refunds on custom orders or sale items. Yes, if you are local to Huntsville we are happy to offer local pickup for FREE. Select “pick up” at checkout and the address will be provided. We will send you an email to schedule a pickup date and time.
