THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
We offer refunds in the form of store credit on items returned within 5 days of receipt of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. The product should be professionally packaged by FedEx or UPS and should be in the original, unused condition upon arrival. We do not offer refunds on custom orders or sale items.
